MIS Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1987 as a business setting up Management Information Systems. In early 1994 we started selling a limited selection of refill kits for HP desktop printers to our business customers. While very basic, these kits were easy to use and provided our customers with savings on an expensive consumable. By the end of 1994 we were remanufacturing cartridges through simple cleaning and refilling.

After changing industries, our customers started refering to us as Michigan Ink Supply.
